Stéphanie Auguste, Minister of Haitians Living Abroad, accompanied by her Director General Yolette Mengual, took part in the Alumni Assembly of Taiwan at the Royal Oasis Hotel.

Note that the Alumni Association of Taiwan brings together former fellows and friends from Taiwan in Haiti. In her remarks, Minister Auguste thanked the Republic of China, which hosts Haitian scholars every year in its prestigious universities, welcoming the growing dynamism and prosperity of Taiwan, which according to the Minister owes its success to the quality of education, especially at the level of higher education, pointing out that "Haitians who study in the Republic of China, some of whom spend four years in this country, are also considered by my Ministry as Haitians Living Abroad. That's why I'm here to show you how I attach importance to Haitians currently studying in China or who have completed their studies."

While inviting these young graduates to put their knowledge at the service of the country, Minister Auguste invited them to go to the Ministry (MHAVE), in order to discuss with them an integration strategy.
