The National School of Financial Administration (ENAF), the Center for the Training and Development of Executives of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, informs the interested parties that the filing of documents for the recruitment of a new promotion (2017 -2019) for the Long Cycle Program of full-time training of Public Finance Technicians will be done on working days from July 25 to August 4, 2017.

Conditions of access to the competition :

• Being of Haitian nationality ;

• Be between the ages of 18 and 30 at the time of registration ;

• Have completed a course of higher education in the fields below :

  - Accounting Sciences

  - Management

  - Economy

  - Administration

  - Law

• To be able to provide all documents required when depositing documents.

Required documents :

• Birth certificate or extract from archives ;

• A complete curriculum vitae;

• A copy of its National identification card or its valid tax identification ;

• A copy of the license, diploma or certificate of completion of higher education awarded by a school recognized by the State accompanied by the complete transcript of the four (4) years ;

• A copy of the Part II Baccalaureate Certificate (Bac II) and the associated transcript ;

• Two letters of recommendation: one, a University Professor or a Director of Memory and the other a notable known of the place where the person resides ;

• Three recent ID photos;

• A recent Health Certificate ;

• A certificate of good life and morals recent ;

The files must be deposited at the ENAF office located at Tabarre 41, rue Tancrède Auguste, Chateaublond, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

NOTE : The procedure for admission to the National School of Financial Administration is carried out by means of a competition and comprises the following steps :

• Deposit of documents (copies and originals) followed on the same day of an interview with the applicant  ;

• Analysis of files ;

• The publication on the MEF website of the list of candidates selected to take part in the competition ;

• Written tests for selected candidates: Mathematics, General Accounting, Law, Economics and French ;

• Oral tests for candidates who have passed the previous stages.
