Digicel announced that with its new offer "Unlimited Rollover" its prepaid customers are now able to use the remaining balance of their "Gwo Lo" plan after the expiration date.

It should be remembered that last June, Digiciel had introduced the "Gwo Lo" https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-21327-icihaiti-socialdigicel-announces-its-plans-gwo-lo.html which allow customers to save up to 20% on prepaid plans. Now, with the new "Unlimited Rollover" offer of data and minutes, the remaining unused balances are carried over to the new balance of the "Gwo Lo" plan activated.

Customers have up to 48 hours after the expiry of their "Gwo Lo" plan to reactivate or redeem another plan via *509# SEND or through the MyDigicel application to keep their data balances and minutes of the old plan unused. Before activating the new plan, the unused balances will be frozen. As soon as it is activated, the deferred balance will be added to the current balance, making only one balance. "With the Unlimited Rollover, the loss of the balance of data and minutes at the expiration of the plan now belongs to the past," said Nicholas Ménos, Head of Marketing.

Note that "Gwo Lo", known as "Quick Pick" is also available in other Digicel markets in the Caribbean.
