On Tuesday in a press conference, the Coalition of Democratic Organizations (COD), composed of parties, political organizations of senators and opposition deputies announced a calendar of 6 new days of demonstrations in the metropolitan area and several cities of province to demand in addition to the withdrawal of the budget (entered into force since October 1) the resignation of the Head of State rejecting any possibility of dialogue with the Executive.

These demonstrations will take place on Thursday 5th, Saturday 7th, Tuesday 10th, Thursday 12th, Saturday 14th and Tuesday 17th October 2017, indicated Me André Michel one of the Spokespersons of the Coalition of Democratic Organizations and former defeated candidate at the presidential election, specifying that in Province of demonstrations will also take place in Petit-Goâve, Saint Marc, the Cayes, Jacmel, Cap Haïtien and Ouanaminthe.

The routes of these events are being finalized and have not been communicated.
