While the population still does not know officially, what will the candidates who will compete in the second round of the presidential elections, (Manigat - Célestin or Manigat - Martelly), the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) announced yesterday Friday that the final results of the first round of the elections of November 28, 2010, will be published on February 2, 2011.

The second round of elections will be held on March 20, 2011. The CEP renews its commitment to completing the process that should lead to the election of a new President, the establishment of the 49th Legislature and the renewal of one third of the Senate. The final results of the second round, declaring the future leader of Haiti should be known on April 16, 2011.
