Haiti - Elections 2010 : 2nd round Manigat - Martelly

While around 6am this morning Gaillot Dorsinvil, said that the results would be communicated "later.." The major international news agencies (Reuters, AFP...) announced before the CEP (!) that the second round of the presidential elections in Haiti will oppose Mirlande Manigat and Michel Martelly on March 20. At the time we write the CEP has not yet made an official announcement. Note that only the publication of the results of the CEP are official. To be continued...
