The Citizen Jean Roudy Aly is appointed Minister of Justice and Public Security. [replaces Heidi Fortuné]

The Citizen Joubert C. Angrand is appointed Minister of Agriculture of Natural Resources and Rural Development. [replaces Carmel André Belliard]

The Citizen Guyler C. Delva is appointed Minister of Culture and Communication. [replaces Limond Toussaint]

The Citizen Guy André Junior François is appointed Minister of Haitians Living Abroad [replaces Stéphanie Auguste]," declared the Head of Government.
