DR : Seizure of 3 tons of smuggled garlic

On May 3, more than 7,000 pounds (± 3.1 tons) of garlic were seized by members of the Dominican Republic Army (ERD) at the El Copey checkpoint in the Montecristi Province ( North West). Garlic from Haiti was transported in a blue Daihatsu truck, plate L056413 of the Daniel transport company, driven by Joan Manuel Estrella Hernandez, accompanied by his brother Toribio de Jesús.

Border Binational Identity Card Project

Momance River : start of cleaning works
