The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) severely criticized to having published [without the figures] the names of the two qualified candidates in the first round, should soon publish the detailed results of the first round, asserts Pierre Thibault Junior, responsible of the communication to the CEP based on the remarks made recently by the President of the CEP, Gaillot Dorsinvil.
