On Tuesday, President Jovenel Moïse, in the presence of the resigning Ministers Fritz Caillot (Public Works), Reynaldo Brunet (Interior) and Aviol Fleurant Planning), the Deputy of the commune Étienne Jean, the Mayor of the Commune of Cap-Haïtien Yvrose Pierre, Irving Mehu, the Director General of the National Airport Authority (AAN) and members of the Northern Chamber of Commerce and Industry inaugurated the new arrival hall of the Hugo Chavez International Airport of Cap Haitien.

This new arrival hall with a capacity of 300 people, with an area of 1,100 m2 also includes a room reserved for immigration, another at the customs meets the new international requirements and will facilitate a better reception structure for more and more travelers to enter Haiti, by the Cap-Haïtien International Airport.
