This training will benefit the departmental technical coordinators and senior staff of the Civil Protection Directorate (CPD) at the central level, but also the technical staff of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and OCHA offices, who support the DPC, was organized by the Civil Protection, with the support of OCHA and UNDP, with the financial support of the Government of Japan.

The DPC through this training in this hurricane season wished to strengthen its coordination capabilities in disaster response and risk management.
