The citizen Yves Penel, is appointed Director General of the Ministry of Culture (replaces Jean Michel Lapin Guyler promoted Minister of this Ministry);

The citizen Romel Bell, is appointed Director General of the General Administration of Customs (AGD); replaces Jean Jorel Janvier

The Citizen Fritz Alcindor, is appointed Deputy Director General of the General Administration of Customs (AGD) responsible for administrative reform within the Customs.

The Citizen Oldy Dubreus, is appointed Deputy Director General of the General Administration of Customs in charge of tax within the Customs.
