This week, Mamatha Irène Ternier, the Minister of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) has launched the training of staff who will be assigned to the Ministry Call Center, pivot of the project "MHAVE at the listening" designed to enable the ministry to properly fulfill its mission to the Diaspora.

As part of the implementation of this project, a 4-day training course was planned for a dozen Call Center agents. The program as defined will equip the staff with the skills and qualities required to effectively collect complaints from compatriots in the diaspora and ensure the necessary follow-up. In some cases, this will involve direct intervention by the MHAVE and in other cases, channeling complaints to the relevant public institutions.

In her speech, Minister Ternier invited all the participants to take this training seriously, reminding them "It is a question of serving the diaspora, but above all of being attentive to it and serving it in the best possible way. "

The project "MHAVE at the listening" which will soon be presented to the public, will capitalize on three major aspects relating to the integration of compatriots from abroad into national life:

Diaspora investments;

Land registration of Diaspora members

The various grievances of the Diaspora.
