In the official journal "Le Moniteur" N° 183 dated Monday, October 22, President Jovenel Moïse signed and published two new decrees appointing two citizens with rank of Minister.

The first appointing the citizen Jean Hilbert Lebrun as General Secretary of the Presidency, with the rank of Minister

The second nominating citizen Nahomme Dorvil as Director of Cabinet of the President of the Republic with the rank of Minister

To which must be added the 3 already appointed General Secretaries with rank of Minsiter Hugues Joseph Secretary General of the Primature, Yves Germain Joseph Secretary General of the Presidency, Renald Lubérice Secretary of the Council of Ministers and more recently Jimmy Albert Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister (Ordered 19 September 2018).

Total 6 persons with Minister Rank 3 with Minister Delegate rank.
