The Embassy of Canada in Haiti informs that as of November 2, 2018, the services offered by Visa Receipt Centers (VACs) under contract with the Government of Canada located in Asia, Asia Pacific and the Americas will change in the case of the renewal of these contracts.

Effective November 2, 2018, new contracts will result in changes to:

- Services and fees;

- The location of VACs and service providers.

As of November 2, 2018, VACs in Asia, Asia-Pacific and the Americas :

- charge a separate fee to submit your application and send your documents

- collect biometrics by appointment only

- introduce other services and fees

The following VACs will move to a new address in the same city and will be operated by a new service provider effective November 2, 2018 :

Los Angeles, United States

New York, United States

Georgetown, Guyana

Port-au-Prince, Haiti

Kingston, Jamaica

Montego Bay, Jamaica

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago
