The High Command of the Haitian Armed Forces informs the general public and the interested parties in particular that a register of registration is open to young men and women of the 10 geographical departments.

From Monday 12th to Friday 16th November 2018 the applicants will be received from 9am to 3pm :

- In Les Cayes : Departmental Emergency Operation Center / Civil Protection Department (COUD/CPD)

- In Léogâne : at the Military Base

- In Cap-Haïtien : Departmental Emergency Operations Center / Civil Protection Directorate (COUD/CPD), Mombin Lataille

Criteria and conditions of admission :

1 - To be of Haitian nationality and never to have renounced his nationality;

2 - Be between 18 and 25 years old;

3 - To be in good physical and mental health

4 - Have passed at least the 9th Year Fundamental;

5 - Have passed the intellectual and physical examination provided for this purpose;

Documents required at registration :

1 - Certificate of 9th Year Fundamental;

2 - Certificate of good life and morals, issued by the National Police of Haiti;

3 - Original of the birth certificate or extract from the National Archives of Haiti;

4 - 4 recent date ID photos: 2 face and 2 profile

5 - National Identification Card (CIN) and Fiscal Number (NIF)
