In a public notice dated Saturday, November 17, Fils-Aimé Saint Fleur Ignace, the Director General of the Office for Monetization of Development Assistance Programs (BMPAD) informs that all measures have been taken to provide adequate and timely, the market with petroleum products, gasoline, diesel and kerosene in particular.

Fils-Aimé Ignace Saint Fleur "[...] categorically denies persistent rumors of a shortage of petroleum products and, in accordance with his mission, intends to continue to ensure the full availability of these products throughout the country.

The General Directorate invites the population to keep calm, not to give in to the songs of the sirens of countrymen gravediggers of the Motherland, who have lost their civic sense, dream only to plunge the country into chaos and civil war."
