Haiti - Justice : After 24 years on the run, former Commissioner Edinord arrested and handed to the DEA

Wanted for 24 years for drug trafficking, former Police Commissioner Jean Edinord aka "Flex" was arrested under an international arrest warrant, on February 11 by agents of the Specialized Unit of the Guard of the National Palace (USGPN).

It would be the important link in a chain that will answer many questions about drug trafficking in Haiti.

"Flex" during his arrest circulated armed and in uniform of the USGPN was handed over to the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) who then handed over to the agents of the "Drug Enforcement Administration" (DEA) came by plane to Haiti to escort him to Florida where he was expected by the US justice to respond to the charges against him.
