While the leaders of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) were trying to find training partners, but lacked funds, the Federation received a "royal" gift from Concacaf via the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) which will allow our U-17 men's selection to continue their preparation on the old continent in friendly matches of high level.

For the second time in history, a team of young Haitian footballers return to Europe one year after their first experience.

Thursday, our young Grenadiers U-17 left the country to Miami for a short stop before crossing the Atlantic to go first to Vienna (Austria) before traveling to Bucharest (Romania) for 3 major friendly matches :

April 16, 2019 :

Haiti - Russia

April 18, 2019 :

Haiti - Cyprus

April 20, 2019 :

Haiti - Romania

After Bucharest and these 3 preparation matches, the Haitian team will travel directly to Florida for another 10 days of training and final tuning in Bradenton at the venue of the qualifying phase of the world cup.

Everything will have been done to put them in a position to go as far as possible in each competition.

This is a new reality that Haitian football knows, now our young people take the path of the old continent even at great price to push and raise a football to other skies existing in our dreams and long inaccessible, it will be worth us the 1st match "Russia Vs Haiti" of history !

On April 30 it will be the turn of our young Grenadières U-20 to go to France to meet the team of France, Japan, North Korea and Gabon.
