The US dollar crosses the 90 Gourdes threshold

The dollar has crossed the threshold of 90 gourdes. It is now 90.5 Gourdes for the purchase of a greenback and get closer to 100 Gourdes. Remember that in the space of 8 years, the exchange rate has more than doubled, from around 40 Gourdes for 1 dollar in May 2011 to more than 90 gourdes in May 2019.

PNH Nippes : New Departmental Director

On May 14, Michel-Ange Gédéon, the Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), accompanied by the Inspector General Carl-Henry Boucher, Director of the administrative police proceeded to the installation of Goodson Jeune as new Departmental Director of the Nippes Police.
