2 Haitian victims on a construction site in Santiago

On Tuesday, five workers died during a ground collapse while digging the foundations of a hotel on Calle del Sol in Santiago. 4 Dominicans and a Haitian worker (Dave Dorival) are dead and another Haitian (Daniel Jean) is among the wounded. Towards a New Orleans / Cap Haitian Partnership
