Haiti - Politic : The candidacy of 4 ministers named of cabinet Michel, non-compliant

The Special Committee of the Chamber of Deputies, charged with studying the documents of the Ministers of Government of the Prime Minister's Cabinet named Fritz William Michel has finally submitted its report https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28563-haiti-flash-postponement-of-the-ratification-meeting-of-the-prime-minister.html

According to our sources, the report would point out that the pieces of 4 of the cabinet ministers (3 women and 1 man) would not meet the criteria required by the Constitution and therefore these candidacies would not be eligible, it would be:

Marjorie Alexandre Brunache, Minister of Foreign Affairs;

Carline Choute, Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action;

Marie Faustine Roxane Kerby Hurley, Minister of Tourism;

Padrel Henriquez, Minister of Culture and Communication.

Pending formal conformation and more details on the non-compliant focuments, the possible rejection of 4 ministers would prevent the appointed Prime Minister from presenting his General Policy statement, as long as the 4 ministers concerned, if the facts are confirmed, are not replaced.

Note that Marjorie Alexandre Brunache, Minister of Foreign Affairs, presented (before submitting the Commission's report) her letter of resignation https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28589-haiti-politique-demission-de-la- Minister-appointed-to-foreign-affairs-of-cabinet-michel.html for personal considerations, which is perhaps not a mere coincidence...
