Haiti - FLASH : Closure of the Airport until Wednesday morning (UPDATE 3pm)

The National Airport Authority (NAA) in conjunction with airlines announces the shutdown of operations of passenger and commercial flights internationally until Wednesday morning September 25, 2019.

According to one official, the smell of smoke is unbreathable and forced to close operations.

"This decision was took to facilitate the cleaning and clearing of smoke resulting from this incident. However, no restrictions are envisaged on General Aviation, Domestic and Cargo flights, "says the AAN.
