Tuesday 3, Marie Gréta Roy Clément, the Minister of Public Health accompanied by 3 Central Directors of the Ministry, participated in a high-level meeting organized by the Pan American Health Organization / World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) with the Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator of the United Nations system in Haiti, Mamadou Diallo, representatives and technical advisers from PAHO/WHO, UNICEF, UNAIDS and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

During this session, Minister Clément and the representatives of the various partner institutions of the Ministry, discussed the mechanism that will make it possible to continue to ensure the operation of Hospitals in times of crisis and better coordinate the contribution of different partners for the delivery of medical inputs.

At the end of the discussions, the representatives of the various agencies of the United Nations system pledged to support the Ministry in supplying the hospitals as soon as possible.
