Vietnam Scholarship Program :

The BRH informs that the NATCOM grants 30 scholarships for Vietnam to young Haitians in order to provide Haiti with highly qualified executives, necessary for its advancement. This program will facilitate, on the one hand, the cultural exchanges between Haiti and Vietnam and on the other hand, part of the will of NATCOM to respect its commitments in the accompaniment of the young Haitians through its investment programs aimed at the social, education and the economy of the country.

Beneficiaries will have to return to the country, once graduated, to put their skills at the disposal of NATCOM for a period of at least 2 years.

Applicants eligible for this program must fulfill the following conditions :

For the 2nd cycle studies (Master) :

Be under thirty years old;

Be of Haitian nationality and reside in Haiti;

Hold an undergraduate degree (License) or equivalent in the field of management, telecommunications, computer science, information technology;

Be among the first three in the program concerned;

Have a good level in English: TOEFL: 90; TOIEC: 650; IELTS: 6.5

For undergraduate studies (1st cycle) (License) :

Be under 25 years old

Be of Haitian nationality and reside in Haiti;

Be a holder of a high school diploma or undergraduate degree;

Have obtained an average of 75% on official secondary school leaving exams;

Have a good level in English: TOEFL: 90; TOIEC: 650; IELTS: 6.5

Required documents for undergraduate studies (1st cycle) :

Photocopy certified according to diplomas or certificates obtained;

Transcripts of the official final exam or university years;

Cover letter ;

Detailed curriculum vitae;

Valid criminal record;

Photocopy of the valid passport;

Letter of recommendation from a Haitian school or university.

Submission of applications :

Applications must be submitted by 14 December 2019 to NATCOM (Attention: Mr. Kuat Duy Son) at Martin Luther King Avenue and Fernand, Pont Morin, Port-au-Prince, or the BRH (for the attention of Mr. Jerry Jacquet), located at the corner of the streets of Quai and Pavée, Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
