Non-lieu for Senator Onondieu Louis

Following charges against Senator Onondieu Louis (KID) for embezzling public funds, by Cassandra Jean in August 2019, Jean Osner Petit Papa, investigating judge, declared that it was no not necessary to prosecute Senator Onondieu Louis, for lack of sufficient clues and concordant charges and rendered an order of dismissal.

Diplomatic Missions must repay advances received

In a circular, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, referring to the memoranda on transfers of operating allowances that were made from February 2018 to May 2019, asked all the diplomatic missions to repay the advances they had received on operating costs and salaries of their staff during this period.
