These include :

2 mobile asphalt plants, 3 mobile aggregate plants and a mobile concrete plant.

An asphalt plant will be installed in the commune of Roseaux. The Departments of Center, Artibonite will also have their own factories to carry out various works for the construction of irrigation canals.

In the Artibonite, the concreting plant will be used to concret 208 km of irrigation canals across the valley.

An aggregate plant should be established in the commune of Liancourt, said the President.

3 excavating shovels, transformed into amphibious shovels will be used for dredging and cleaning works in order to limit the damage of the floods in particular in the Artibonite river.

In addition to heavy equipment, around twenty 4X4 Nissan Patrol vehicles will facilitate travel for departmental directors.

Jovenel Moïse and the Minister of Public Works Fritz Caillot took the opportunity to announce the launch of the operation "Pote kole" which consists of carrying out various cleaning works in disadvantaged neighborhoods. Many of these equipments will be put into action at Cité Soleil and Solino to clean the canals and gullies, in particular the St. George canal. Moïse reiterated his desire to continue working to revitalize the departmental directorates of public works across the country in order to build road infrastructure for the benefit of the population.
