In a decree dated March 9, 2020, published in the official journal Le Moniteur N°44, the new Prime Minister Joseph Jouthe, appointed 9 Secretaries of State, an increase of 225% compared to the 4 existing secretariats.

Change in existing State Secretariat :

Tacite Toussaint, Secretary of State for Public Security, replaces Ronsard St Cyr;

Hervé Saintilus, Secretary of State for Literacy, replaces Emile Brutus;

Soinette Désir, State Secretary for the Integration of People with Disabilities replaces Gérald Oriol jr. ;

Eddy Jackson Alexis, Secretary of State for Communication. renewed.

Creation of new State Secretariats :

Fresnel Jean-Baptiste, Secretary of State for Tax Mobilization;

Wilner Joseph, Secretary of State for Population;

Maguy Durcé, Secretary of State for training;

Emmanuel Cantave, Secretary of State for Social Affairs;

Jacquelin Jr. Charlot, Secretary of State for Youth.

Also in the official journal N°44 was published a decree appointing the citizen Guerline Pierre, Director of Cabinet of the Prime Minister with rank of Minister
