- Citizen Jean Roudy Aly is appointed General Coordinator of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), with the rank of Minister

- Citizen Michelet Comeau is appointed Director General of the Ministry of Economy and Finance

- Citizen Rode Toussaint is appointed Director General of the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communications

- Citizen Jean Marie Harry Salomon is appointed Deputy Director of the Haitian Institute of Statistics and Information Technology (IHSI)
