Today are held the byelections for the constituencies of La Vallée de Jacmel, Verrettes, et Fonds-Verrettes / Ganthier. Recall that elections of November 28, in these 3 constituencies , had been canceled, and that the resumption of these elections, for the first round, took place on March 20.

Pierre-Louis Opont, Director General of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) in the statement #107 announcing the end of the electoral campaign for these three constituencies, asks the candidates to avoid all public demonstrations until the publication of results scheduled for June 2 for the preliminary results and June 13 for the final results.
