23,500 Haitians back to Haiti in April

Nearly 23,500 Haitian nationals including 1,101 minors who lived in the Dominican Republic returned voluntarily to Haiti during the month of April, informs the Support Group for Returnees and Refugees (GARR).

Rafael Sánchez Cárdenas said he was awaiting this meeting with his Haitian counterpart and that his country was in the best position to meet him.
