Death of Monseigneur Vital Médé

Monday morning June 8 Monseigneur Vital Médé responsible for the Parish of Saint Yves (Delmas 5), died at Saint François de Sale hospital informs us of a note from the Curia of the Archdiocese of Port-au-Prince which specifies that the date of his funeral will be announced soon. "His Excellency Mgr Max Leroy Mésidor and the Curia of the Archdiocese of Port-au-Prince present their sympathies to the members of the family of Monseigneur Vital Médé and to the faithful of the various parishes that he accompanied and served during his ministry priestly."

9 million masks distributed in Haiti

According to, Guy François Junior, Minister delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of Citizenship and Patriotism, nearly 9 million masks have already been distributed throughout the territory, including 5.5 million distributed through local authorities.
