Arrest of "Tilo" of the "Ti Grif" Gang

On Tuesday, Frantz Mervil (42), aka "Tilo", presumed to be one of the leaders of the "Ti Grif" Gang operating in Savien (Department of Artibonite), was arrested by agents of the Departmental Maintenance Unit of 'Order (UDMO) assigned to the Liancourt Police Station.
