Haiti - Justice : Land insecurity «Zero tolerans»

After having announced on June 25 a synergy between several entities of the State in order to defeat all those who are dedicated to the spoliation of properties https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-31128-icihaiti-justice-the-minister-declares-war-to-spoilers.html , Lucmanne Délille the Minister of Justice intends to lead a merciless fight against insecurity of tenure and all cases of attack on private property on the national territory.

Since this announcement, numerous meetings and working sessions have been held with all the actors concerned with the land issue, among others the Government Commissioners, bars, notaries, surveyors and bailiffs.

"It is the 'Zero Tolerans' policy that will be adopted against anyone who has any involvement in this dishonest practice. Whether they are police officers, government commissioners, notaries or others, they will be punished and prosecuted by justice," declared firmly the Keeper of the Seals for whom "It is not possible that a peaceful citizen, after several years of hard work, is dispossessed of its property by bandits [...]" which instructed all the Prosecutors' Offices of the 18 first instance courts to do everything in their power to guarantee and protect private property, as required by law.
