Since 2019, the economic crisis in Haiti has deepened, impacting all economic activities in the country, in particular with an accelerated depreciation of the Gourde against the dollar. DIGCEL to face this crisis, its operating costs and its international debts while guaranteeing a better service, finds itself in the obligation to adjust, significantly, some of its prepaid plans while adding minutes and additional data.
