On Tuesday 3 November, the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) arrested Gesner Dieudonnén, acting mayor of the commune of Limonade, in the North, for criminal conspiracy in acts of fraud. He was taken to the civil prison in Cap-Haitien.

"Sony Labou Tansi : from Congo to the world" exhibition
