Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 12:30 pm, Louis Gonzague DAY the Minister of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE), accompanied by his Director General Kétlène Jean-Louis welcomed at Toussaint Louverture International Airport, a large delegation from the Haitian Federation of the Diaspora, composed of 9 members from Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean and North America.

This delegation, which has come to spend a few days, has a fairly busy agenda where it must have several working sessions, particularly with the Provisional Electoral Council, the Commission responsible for revising the Constitution; the National Identification Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship.

Minister Day received at the Ministry, the Haitian Federation of the Diaspora where a memorandum of understanding was signed between the MHAVE and the Federation intended to strengthen cooperation in various fields in order to offer better services to Haitian communities aboard.
