A former parliamentary police officer, assassinated

Monday afternoon, a former Parliamentary Police Officer, Luc Alex Augustin was assassinated at the Bicentenary, not far from the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH).

Seizure of more than 400 kg of marijuana

Together with the judicial police of Port-de-Paix, agents of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) arrested three drug traffickers last weekend and seized more than 400 kilograms of marijuana. One of the traffickers, according to the Government Commissioner for Port-de-Paix, was actively wanted by law enforcement.
