Friday, December 18 was held the 26th meeting of the Sectorial Table of Social Protection (launched in 2016 https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-17325-icihaiti-politic-launch-of-the-sectoral-table-of-social-protection.html ) piloted by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (MAST).

During this workshop, a state of progress of the sectoral tables at the national level was presented and discussions took place following the presentation of the methodology and the timetable that should lead to the formulation of the national plan.

One of the highlights of this working session was the presentation of the "Klere Chimen" Program which aims to financially support more than 18,000 households while setting up financial inclusion measures. With a budget of $ 75 million, this program, which will be financed by the World Bank, will run over a period of 6 years, from 2021-2027.
