Based on suspicions of corruption, the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) informs that it has just opened five important investigations :

Subjects of new investigations :

1. The use of the Road Maintenance Fund (TER) from 2015 to 2020;

2. The granting of the Haitian public administration donation debit card;

3. The use of Territorial Communities Management and Development Funds (FGDCT);

4. The illegal taking of interest by certain auditors of the Directorate General of Taxes;

5. The use of Local Development and Territorial Planning Funds (FLDAT) commonly called Communal Funds.

The ULCC invites all those who have information useful for the progress of these investigations to call the number 5656 or stop by the ULCC office located at 13, Rue Sapotille in Pacot (Port-au- Prince).
