With reference to the Decree of May 23, 1989, articles 1 and 2 determining, apart from National Holidays, more precisely the Legal holidays, Lyonel Valbrun, the Secretary General of the Presidency emphasizes for the attention of the civil servants and of the private sector that the Public Administration, Commerce, Industry and Schools will be unemployed on Thursday April 1 from noon and on Good Friday April 2, 2021, throughout the entire national territory.
