The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, informs that the registration procedure for the university scholarship program (year 2021-2022) to foreign citizens who come from countries which are not members of the European Union, for bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies, is launched.

Interested candidates will kindly note that these grants will be awarded on the basis of competitive applications. The fields of study are : political and administrative sciences, educational sciences, Romanian culture and civilization, journalism, technical studies, oil and gas, agricultural sciences, veterinary medicine, architecture and visual arts.

Applications must be submitted to the Romanian Embassy in France (5, rue de l'Exposition, 75007-Paris) or can be sent to the Diplomatic Mission accredited in Bucharest of the applicant's country of origin.

Deadline for submission of applications April 30, 2021.
