“We are facing a triple fiber optic cut (sabotage) in Cap Haitien which affects the internet service in Cap and also in Gonaïves and St Marc. The repairs are already underway and we hope to restore service in the next few hours," said Maarten Boute CEO of Digicel on Friday afternoon.
