On Monday, the Prime Minister, Ariel Henry, had an important working session with Michel Patrick Boisvert, Minister of the Economy and Finance who was accompanied by his close collaborators. It was mainly a question of the urgent need to reduce the standard of living of the State, the development of an amending budget, a program of sanitation of the metropolitan area, the creation of employment able to act effectively on food insecurity.

This meeting is part of the Head of Government's desire to achieve a rigorous consolidation of public revenue and State expenditure in a very difficult socio-economic context.

The Prime Minister, Henry, pleaded in favor of a sanitation program with high labor intensity, a policy of job creation able to act on the food insecurity which severely affects the most destitute.
