3 EDH employees kidnapped

Three employees of the State Electricity of Haiti (EDH) have been kidnapped in the area from Place Saint-Anne to Rue St-Honoré. The victims were leaving their work at the EDH central office at the Bicentenaire.

Another arms dealer arrested
