The President of the Senate, Rodolphe Joazile, has revealed to AFP to have received today a letter from President Martelly regarding the nomination of Dr. Garry Conille as the next Prime Minister-designate.

"I have just received a letter from the president naming Mr. Conille". The Head of State said in this letter "For application of Article 137 of the Constitution, I inform you that I have chosen Dr. Garry Conille as Prime Minister."
