The President Michel Martelly by presidential decree published in the Official Gazette "Le Moniteur" dated September 2, 2011, has proceeded to the nomination of the following citizens :

Wyclef Jean, is appointed Goodwill Ambassador of the Republic of Haiti [renewal of his first term granted under the Preval government]

Yves Germain as Director General of the National center of Equipments (CNE) [occupied by the former presidential candidate Jude Célestin]

Jean Marc Flambert as Director General of the National Office of Civil Aviation (OFNAC)

Jean Marie Guillaume becomes the new Director General of the National Council of Telecommunications (CONATEL)
