Following the ratification Friday, by a unanimous vote [89-0], of the Prime Minister-designate, the Dr. Garry Conille satisfied, thanked the deputies for their work and attributed the victory to the efforts of President Martelly, while preparing to face the Senate next week, whose he hopes a favorable decision.

"...I want to thank once again the President for the confidence he has placed in me, and I want also to thank the Chamber of Deputies who do an extraordinary job and who sent a clear message today that the country needs to return to work, hat there is an emergency, there are people waiting for services, security, and that we start working. It is a message that we received very very well and I already assure you, that ourselves,we are ready... We will make the submission of documents early next week and we hope that the Senate's decision will be in the same direction.

As part of the process, that the President of the Republic initiated, I will continue in the same line to meet and listen everyone, is the directive that the President gave. I think that the President of the Republic has created a situation, a climate of dialogue, he created a space where we can met all partners. He created a space where we can agree, where we can work together, communicate and I think, that this has been fundamental in the decision that was taken today."
