Friday, February 3rd, 2023, Nicolas Delépine, the French coach of the Haitian women's team, communicated the final list of 23 Grenadières selected to compete in the qualifying play-offs for the FIFA World Cup Australia / New Zealand 2023.

It's classic, which is in line with the last convening of this selection with Delépine who, for a year, has built up a working base made up of players who have become executives. (Nérilia, Sherly, Melchie, Kethna, Shelsea, Roselord, Batcheba etc...)

Absent from injury at the Monterrey tournament in July 2022, Danielle Etienne and Roseline Eloissaint, important players in the group, are making their comeback. This is also the case of Noa Olivia Ganthier who was present in February 2022 during the first gathering of this team but who had no longer been called by the coach.

Part of the U-20 team who played the 2018 World Cup in France, goalkeeper Kerly Théus is the subject of a first call by the coach who has also called on another goalkeeper, Gabrielle Marie Émilien to join Lara Sophia Larco in this team line.

Our Grenadières will play a first match against the "Lionesses" of Senegal on Saturday February 18, 2023 at the North Harbor Stadium in Auckland (New Zealand) in the semi-finals. In case of victory, our Grenadières will face the "Reds" of Chile in the final, still in Auckland, on Wednesday February 22, for one of the three remaining places for this FIFA Women's World Cup.
