Despite the confusion and the repeated postponements since the beginning of the week, the new Prime Minister, Garry Conille is currently reading the statement of general policy of the Government before the Senators, meets in session.

The composition of the ministerial cabinet of the government Martelly-Conille, is composed of 18 ministries.

Of the 18 ministers, 15 are men and 3 women (16.7%) they are Yanick Mézil (Minister for the Status of Women and Women's Rights), Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin (Minister of Tourism) and Florence Duperval Guillaume (close to the First Lady) Minister of Public Health and Population.
